*The 14th SACRAMENTO FILM & MUSIC FESTIVAL opens this Wednesday at the
Crest Theatre!*
The 14th Annual Sacramento Film & Music Festival opens at the historic
Crest Theatre on Wednesday, Sept 11th and runs through Sunday, Sept 15th.
With 16 separate screenings and 101 films in total, Sacramento's longest
running all-genre Festival has something for everyone, including
documentaries, narrative features, discussion panels, short films, music
videos, students films, and many locally produced projects.
*A few highlights...*
*Stolen Moments *The opening night feature, directed by local actress &
director Elizabeth Nunziato, will be introduced by Jack Gallagher. The
opening night also includes a reception.
Two of the narrative features (*I'm Harry Clarke* [Thursday 8pm] about an
unscrupulous politician seeking election and *Down and Dangerous *[Saturday
8pm] about an innovative international drug smuggler) are by alumni award
winning filmmakers.
Friday night, the whole evening will be dedicated to the works of Edgar
Allan Poe with both local fashion and film competitions based on his works.

Screenings are $10 (except for Saturday's student film program which is
discounted at $5).
Friends of the Sacramento French Film Festival get a $30 discounted pass
good for all 16 screenings, at the Crest Box Office. Just mention the SFFF
when you make your purchase!
