[HNA News] speed humps

Do not worry. There is no way we are having the speed bumps on Lerch
removed. It took us to long and much effort to have them installed.
The idea Fred was for people to not speed on Lerch. We were having
wrecks here almost every week for people doing 60mph over Lerch.
You can only vote yay or nay if you live on the street in question.
I can not vote for speed bumps on a street I do not live nor can a
neighborhood. I know, we worked with Scott Leach to have them
installed on Lerch.
