[HNA News] duplex and house news

The duplex available across from me is at 312(?) Eastview Avenue and is $650 a month.  It has 1100 square ft., 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  It  has hardwood floors and has been renovated with new applicances, plumbing, etc.  Eastview is a pleasant, quiet street, and I'd like to keep it that way! :)
