Since we don't have time to call a special meeting of the HNA, I think
Maddie's petition idea might work even better.  Can someone put together
the petition?  We could then divide up the neighborhood and go door to
door if necessary.

cause a few issues in an already congested area.  We should expect to
see increased traffic, along with increased cut through traffic that was
