[HNA News] Special Zoning Permit Request - 300 S Germantown

[Jeff Briere]

It's on the southeast corner of Lerch & Germantown.  It's the house that 
looks like a double, but isn't.  Got two doors that face Germantown and 
a short driveway on Lerch.  Been for sale for about 9 months.
