Anyone know what is happening with the daycare center at the corner of 
Lerch & Germantown?

The prospective buyer/owner/operator/principal won approval from the 
city council for her "learning center," yet the "For Sale" signs are 
still embedded in the turf on the property. 

Did she give it up?  Not qualify for a mortgage?  Have a change of heart?
