[HNA News] TOXIC Teen Club

As you all may know, a new teen club is scheduled to open near the Food Lion between O'Reilly's and Dollar General.  This sounds like the making of a pure disaster.  I believe other teen clubs have opened in the past only to have shootings, killings, etc.  (Old Lee Highway Red Lobster comes to mind).

I think we should get a petition or something to prevent this club from opening.  

Does anyone know the ordinances and laws that we could use to shut this thing down before it gets started.  Brainerd Road needs ordinances that pevent any club from opening, unless it is a dance club with fine dining and fine dress.  

Please let me know your thoughts.  Let's try to get something rolling!

Marti......  you're an expert...please let us know if you are aware of any ordinances, statues, etc. that may help us out.
