CRFFL -- Curios & Relics FFL List

About CRFFL
English (USA)

Some of us have walked this dusty trail long enough to remember the old country store complete with pot-bellied stove, a kindly proprietor, and a motley crew of refugees intent on escaping the blowing snow (or blistering heat) outside. Of course, that group around the stove looked a bit rough to the newcomer; after all, they'd seen and done it all, and some even felt the better for it. They'd sometimes treat a newcomer a bit harshly, perhaps to toughen him up a bit for the times to come, or just to help him change his path in life while he still could.

With the passage of time and the coming of the interstate, those old country stores faded into oblivion, replaced due to the demands of a fast-paced and less gentile society. The C-R-FFL List is our attempt to re-create that country store - or, at the very least, the gunshop that Uncle Harry used to run next door. Come on in, close the door behind you, wipe your feet on the mat, and pull up a chair. The locals may look scary at first, but you'll find they're downright approachable.

The gang likes to talk about firearms, both old and new, with the primary emphasis being placed on collecting utilizing an 03 (Curios & Relics) FFL. When conversation strays from the appointed path, please prefix the Subject line with "OT:" so that the purists here can filter appropriately. We're all adults here, so behaving in a civil manner should be assumed. If you feel the need to harangue a fellow list member, consider grabbing a cold drink and stepping away from the keyboard. If that doesn't do the trick, take the discussion off-list.

If you have message delivery problems or other issues of an administrative nature, please contact the listowner off-list. You'll find his address in the lower left-hand corner of this page.
